Speed Test Data

Each speed test generates measurement data including download speed, upload speed, latency, jitter, and metadata such as device type. Anonymous tests are stored with no user identifier. Account-linked tests are associated with your user ID.

We do not share individual test records with any ISP, advertiser, or government agency unless required by law.

Anonymization

For aggregate research and public reporting, data is anonymized by removing all user identifiers and grouping results by region, connection type, and time period. No individual can be identified from published aggregate data.

Retention

Anonymous test data may be retained indefinitely. Account-linked data is retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request.
